3. Intellectual Property

  • Pre-existing materials (provided by you or us) remain owned by the original party.
  • Deliverables (e.g., content, campaigns) become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise stated.
  • We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio (unless confidentiality is agreed).

4. Payments & Fees

  • Fees, payment schedules, and methods will be detailed in your contract.
  • Late payments may incur interest (5% monthly) or pause services.
  • Refunds: No refunds for completed work; partial refunds for canceled projects at our discretion.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business-sensitive information confidential, except where disclosure is legally required.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Outstanding fees for work completed pre-termination remain due.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America. Disputes will be resolved in  courts.
